Whether you’re planning a wedding weekend in Somerset, a milestone birthday, a wellness retreat, or a corporate away day near the A303, whole-site hire gives you complete freedom and privacy.
Whole-site hire include all seven accommodation structures sleeping up to 28 guests, plus a large camping field, fully equipped kitchens, plentiful toilets and showers, and generous on-site parking.
Full Access to Everything
When you book Yeabridge exclusively, you enjoy full access to everything: the peaceful swimming lake, open fields and woodland, multiple fire pits, covered barn spaces, outdoor gathering areas and uninterrupted countryside views.
The Ideal Venue
We’re an ideal venue for weddings, birthday weekends, family reunions, hen and stag groups(whole-site only), yoga and wellness retreats, and creative workshops. Businesses also choose Yeabridge for team-building days, off-site meetings, and company retreats.
Important Information
A few things to know: bands are welcome, and music can run until midnight. Dogs are welcome on leads when the whole site is booked, and to protect local wildlife, no fireworks are permitted. Beyond that, the space is yours, flexible, expansive and ready to host whatever you’re dreaming of.

Surrounded by open fields, woodland and wide West Country skies, it’s an easy-to-reach yet completely tucked-away location — ideal for retreats, weddings, family celebrations and corporate events looking for space, nature and privacy.

The Hideaway is a perfect venue if you are looking for something a little bit different for you wedding.
However, please note that you are only hiring the site as we do not offer a bespoke wedding service.
We do not have a licence, but a celebrant can be brought in, and you can tailor your ideal wedding to suit your own needs if this is what you are looking for. There is an additional cost as even though we offer a DIY wedding site we still wish to ensure that the correct amount of time is needed with you to plan and prepare your special day.
